Project Role Description : Architect large language models (LLM) that can process and generate natural language. Design neural network parameters, trained on large quantities of unlabeled text data.

Summary:
Build and deploy production AI and agentic solutions directly within internal and client environments. Own major components from discovery and implementation through integration, monitoring, and stabilization.
Advanced hands-on proficiency with Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex and GitHub Copilot agent mode, using repository-aware agents for implementation, refactoring, testing and pull requests while independently reviewing, debugging and hardening all generated code for production.
Must have personally built and supported production AI, ML, or data-intensive systems. Hackathons, demos, notebooks, and isolated proofs of concept are insufficient.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop agentic workflows, AI services, retrieval systems, and enterprise integrations.
- Refine requirements with users and clients through working software.
- Build secure APIs, tool connectors, data pipelines, and operational controls.
- Implement testing, evaluation, tracing, guardrails, and production monitoring.
- Diagnose model, data, integration, latency, and reliability failures.
- Contribute reusable modules and engineering patterns to the AI Lab.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical workstreams.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Advanced Python and backend engineering.
- LLM APIs, agent frameworks, RAG, structured outputs, and tool calling.
- APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL, cloud, containers, and CI/CD.
- Evaluation, observability, security, caching, concurrency, and cost optimization.
