Are you an experienced Labor and Delivery RN looking for a seasonal opportunity?

Logan Health Whitefish is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse to join our Birth Center team on night shift!

About our unit:

Our Birth Center is located within Logan Health Whitefish, a 25-bed critical access hospital in scenic Whitefish, MT. Offering 5 LDRP rooms and a strong focus on quality and evidence-based care, our department is the perfect environment to let your skills shine.

Seasonal position details:

  • Full-Time work schedule required for no less than 13-week period

  • 15% Premium (Seasonal differntial)

  • Additional night and weekend shift differential pay

  • 401(k) Eligible

  • Fitness center membership discount

  • $1,000 Seasonal Bonus paid after 30 days in position

  • $1,000 Seasonal Bonus paid after 60 days in position

  • $2,000 Seasonal Completion Bonus

  • No health benefits offered

Seasonal Minimum Qualification:

Seasonal RN must have 2 years applicable nursing experience to the unit assigned.

What you'll do:

This role offers the opportunity to provide care across labor and delivery, postpartum, and Level I nursery in a supportive, team-based environment.

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in all areas of the birthing experience

  • Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, evidence-based care

  • An experienced OB/Labor and Delivery nurse

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from school of professional nursing required.

  • Current Montana RN License or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.

  • Experience in a similar unit is required. We are currently only accepting applicants with prior OB/Labor and Delivery experience.

  • Current AHA BLS certification.

  • Current NRP certification - within six (6) months of hire required.

  • AHA ACLS (OB oriented) – within six (6) months of hire required.

  • EFM – within six (6) months of hire required. STABLE preferred.

Shift:

Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week (12-hour shifts)

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
