Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will support the Creative Director and Creative Supervisor in the execution of strategic creative initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that reflects our brand identity and engages our audience. You will mentor junior designers, oversee design projects from conception to completion, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-quality design solutions for digital, print, social media, publications, brochures, direct mail, and other marketing materials.

  • Lead the design process for major projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, creative direction and business goals.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create cohesive and impactful visual narratives.

  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design processes and output.

  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively to refine and finalize designs.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and develop design guidelines as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency, publishing, or corporate environment.

  • Strong experience designing for both print and digital media, with demonstrated expertise in publications, brochures, catalogs, and other multi-page layouts. Experience with travel, lifestyle, or editorial content is a plus.

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Experience with Adobe Express, other creative and collaborative design tools is a plus.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of print and digital design projects with innovative creative solutions.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for visual storytelling.

  • Experience with web design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$80,100.00 - $107,000.00
