Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill this role. Help the Chief of Staff and CFO lead a high-functioning management team and facilitate alignment across the organization. Ensure priority projects continue moving forward and achieve their intended outcome.

• Develop content and support colleague programs that align to the Finance communications and colleague engagement strategy
• Interpret complex concepts and translate them into clear written messaging and visual designs
• Support management processes and multiple priorities, as well as handle confidential matters
• Support key financial processes including but not limited to owning a number of cost centers, supporting enterprise earnings & BOD processes and other ad hoc financial projects

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience working in Finance or related field
• 3+ years experience communicating and presenting effectively to complete projects independently and on time skills, conveying information clearly to diverse audience
• 1+ years experience creating project plans and managing multiple, simultaneous long-term projects successfully
• 1+ years experience in project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
• Expert or willing to learn Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to travel 10% to Hartford, Woonsocket, Boston and additional locations as needed
• 5+ years working experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with internal colleagues and external customers, focusing on enhancing departmental outcomes
• Ability to work within a climate of ambiguity
• Knowledge of Finance initiatives, meeting cadence and the Finance organization including connections to Finance leaders
• Prior experience in web design and basic knowledge of graphic design
• Proven ability to complete projects independently and on time

Education

Bachelors degree required in business, technical or related field.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
