· Take a proactive approach to sales, including outbound calls to customers to follow up on quotations that have been sent.
· First point of customer contact for general enquiries, i.e., pricing, product information, deliveries, adjusting inventory allocations, product availability and shipping information.
· Work with all Sales team and/or customers to resolve complaints, problems and product shortages; process requests for returns and credits and provide assistance when necessary for shipment traces, Proof of Deliveries and providing alternative solutions when product shortages arise.
· Process multiple sales orders/credits accurately and in a timely manner.
· When required, act as a liaison between customers and Watts manufacturing and shipping departments to determine pending shipments, inventory allocations, item(s) availability, etc.
· Aid in the resolution of late shipments, move order due dates and/or line-item ship dates and shipping sites as directed.
· When necessary, work with all relevant departments within Watts to coordinate and resolve all customer issues/complaints in a timely, professional manner.
· Build and maintain sound professional business relationships with both internal and external customers.
· When required, work with the Technical Support department to resolve customer related issues and problems in a timely and effective manner.
· Perform all other duties as assigned.
