The position is оn 24/7 shifts and is open only to Sofia.

We are looking for a person to join our Infrastructure Support Team as Junior Monitoring Engineer. We offer challenging work across different projects.

To keep it short, below are some key responsibilities:

• Actively monitor our customer’s infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, load balancers, databases,…) and respond to critical issues in a quick and efficient way
• Troubleshoot technical issues to restore the availability.
• Plan, execute, and/or participate in technical migrations and maintenance
• Clear communication with customers (about requests, incidents & maintenance) through our ticketing system
• Work together with and escalate more technical issues towards colleagues from Bulgaria and Belgium
• Provide clear communication and reporting about what happened during your shift, hereby ensuring proper and timely follow-up by your colleagues
• Ensure production systems are available and operating as defined in Service Level Agreements.
• Drive incident and outage resolution and communication.
• Facilitate restoration of service to the production environment.
• Establish disaster recovery procedures and maintain data retention practices.

Technology Stack Used & Required Knowledge:

• Experience in Operating Systems
• Basic knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) - hands-on experience is considered a plus.
• Basic understanding of Windows Server environments - hands-on experience is considered a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across systems and applications.
• Basic understanding of virtualization technologies
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure - certifications are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of web servers and load balancing concepts.
• Understanding of SQL database administration concepts - considered a plus

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Intermediate proficiency in Infrastructure Design.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies
