Job Description:

Responsible for the directing and managing the activities of the Transportation Department on assigned shift in accordance with established company policies, procedures and controls.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervises and directs the operations of the Valet, Shuttle and Limousine and Bell Department on assigned shift.
  • Maintains appropriate staffing levels in the Transportation Department by interviewing, recommending for hire, training, scheduling, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and terminating Team Members, as needed, under the direction of the Transportation Manager.
  • Observes activities and procedures of Transportation Team Members, to ensure smooth and efficient operation of assigned shift.
  • Oversees the cost-efficiency, staffing and uniform standards of Transportation Team Members.
  • Assists in investigating any accidents involving Transportation Department Team Members and recommends appropriate actions to be taken.
  • Ensures a maximum level of customer service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
  • Ensures to a high degree the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
  • Resolves customer and Team Member complaints or problems in a manner consistent with the Company’s expectations.

Job Requirements
High School diploma or GED required.
One to two years transportation experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.

Valid State Driver’s License and excellent driving record.
