Summary of Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a Data Analytics Intern to join our Data Analytics team and help interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques. This internship offers hands-on experience with real business challenges and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful data-driven decisions.

This is a hybrid internship and would require relocation to Wisconsin, as there will be times where you'll need to work in the office. This internship is not available for remote work.

Essential Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in developing and implementing data analyses, collection systems, and strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Explore datasets using advanced statistical techniques (e.g., data mining) to answer business questions and support future model development.
• Help create business applications and modeling frameworks for new datasets.
• Discover insights and relationships within data to support strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a related field.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Excel, R, Python
• Strong analytical mindset and a passion for uncovering insights through data.
