Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.
This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen China.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Issue invoices in accordance with contract requirements, ensuring strict compliance with tax regulations and standards. Review invoice details to guarantee accuracy and completeness and handle any invoice related inquiries or adjustments promptly.
- According to business requirements, create and modify customer master data in the MDG system, ensuring all information is accurately and completely recorded. And track the approval progress to ensure the timeliness of data.
- Be responsible for the filing of contracts and business documents. Organize, classify, file and store them in an orderly manner to ensure easy retrieval. Establish and maintain a document management system to guarantee safety and integrity.
Qualifications for the role - Bachelor degree, major in Economic, Finance etc.
- Good English reading and written capability.
- Self motivated, can-do attitude and be able to work under pressure;
- Quick learning capability
- Team Spirit, be good at communication and coordination;
