To deliver this vision, the B2C Ecommerce Technology Solutions Organization is hiring for a key role that will be pivotal in spearheading the vision, working with key stakeholders across the digital value chain and drive these outcomes for our customers and our business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving technical product management across multiple BUs and drive reusability of capabilities / features with a platforms-based view.

Job Summary/ Position Overview: 

We are looking for a Product Manager for our EMEA region with a strong understanding of driving customer solutions / digital platforms at scale. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders in market team (commercial org), product management organization, UX, analytics, marketing, software engineering and other teams across the customer journey. You will be instrumental in driving the outcomes and KPIs in collaboration with these key stakeholders.

This role will require thinking of the art of the possible, while being rooted, and help the teams move forward to meet their goals. The person in this role will need to understand the business outcomes and the KPIs that need to be delivered to achieve these outcomes and work back to get to the results.

This role will work with teams driving focus groups and getting market feedback, product management teams to develop the roadmap, and with stakeholders to drive a common delivery cadence to get the target business outcomes. This is a strategic role that requires the person to be the “quarterback” in working with multiple stakeholders to drive to the end-zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate to develop the ecommerce platform roadmap to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop annual plans and quarterly increments to drive toward business objectives.
  • Identify key stakeholders to drive outcomes across the entire ecommerce value chain to drive results.
  • Establish a platform view to enable common capabilities across BUs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features and enhancements.
  • Identify KPIs and metrics to drive the outcomes.
  • Partner with delivery teams to develop a delivery cadence to support achievement of these KPIs.
  • Measure outcomes and establish processes to track KPIs and outcomes.
  • Analyze data and metrics to make recommendations and present findings to executives and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in ecommerce product management.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through ecommerce product management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
