  • Manage and scale production for social-first environments, specializing in quick turnarounds, small crews, and lo-fi setups.
  • Coordinate shoots with internal creative teams, external creators, talent, and production vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Serve as a line producer for in-house shoots, managing all on-the-ground logistics.
  • Collaborate with Business Affairs to navigate WPP, client, and SAG talent guidelines, ensuring all productions are compliant.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers and Creatives to maintain project timelines, budgets, and brand alignment, providing regular updates to the Executive Producer.
  • Conduct research to discover and vet specialized vendors, production partners, and makers to support our creative needs.

Who You Are

  • A collaborative partner who builds strong relationships with internal teams, creators, and vendors to keep projects moving forward smoothly.
  • A proactive and resourceful maker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, always looking for innovative ways to bring ideas to life efficiently.

What You'll Need

  • Demonstrated experience producing social content, with a portfolio showcasing live-action and UGC-style work.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, including native formats, specifications, and content pacing.
  • Expertise in scaling production for social media, including quick-turnaround, lo-fi, and small-crew projects.
  • Familiarity with creator editing tools (e.g., CapCut) and production management software (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Proficiency in building clear and compelling presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders.
