We're looking for a Tactical Buyer to join our Procurement team in Cracow, who will be accountable for collaborating with Procurement Category Leads, Procurement Project Leads, Project Managers, Engineering, Solutions Development, Finance, A/P, Quality and others to ensure the efficient processing of purchase requirements within our growing organization.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibilities:

• Purchase Order processing and placement.

• Confirming supplier receipt of purchase orders and ability of a supplier to meet delivery dates.

• Conducting expedites of materials when required.

• Inputting and managing SAP Procurement items in accordance with corporate policies.

• Ensuring supplier delivery and invoicing to accomplish the Resale sales forecast.

• Identifying and leading continuous improvement projects within the Tactical team utilizing LEAN concepts, tools, and methodologies to eliminate waste and inefficiencies.

• Generating reports and analyzing information to identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiencies.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or related discipline

• Procurement experience

• Experience in SAP MM

• English (spoken and written) fluent

• Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Operates with the minimal supervision

• Able to be effective in a remote, global, and matrixed environment

• Able to generate reports and conduct analysis using SAP

• Apply a continuous improvement mindset, assist in managing continuous improvement efforts, and take part in projects as needed

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally

• Travel is less than 10% and not typically required for this role
