WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of EMEA Labor Optimization Team (part of the wider Retail operations function). This is a unique and exciting spot in the organization on the crossroads of multiple functions and processes. You will work closely with Finance, HR, Business planning, Field teams across 21 EMEA countries, and Global Labor counterparts. Our mission is to drive Labor management excellence and provide Athletes* (store employees) with best workforce management solutions.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate needs to have strong analytical skills, ability to build solid cross functional collaboration, proven business acumen, the ability to “connect dots”, and an understanding of retail operations and basic HR processes in Retail.
We are also looking for someone with:
Advanced Excel skills especially in Power Query and Power Pivot
Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau is a big plus
Excellent data management/data automation skills
Experience in working with forecasting systems is a big plus
Experience in process development and process management is a must
Basic financial management knowledge
Proven successful experience in cross functional stakeholder management
Retail operations experience is a plus
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Senior Workforce planning Specialist, you will work to enhance productivity and staffing insights across all stores:
In collaboration with Labor optimization Analysts you will work on continuous improvement for Labor forecasting and budgeting processes. You will lead Data Analytics efforts to generate insights and find ways to optimize Labor management processes.
You will act as a primary subject matter expert on full scale of Labor management processes with focus on Budgeting and Reporting.
You will be responsible for Data infrastructure development with further continuous improvement. You will focus on data integration, reporting automation and building data analytics capabilities.
You will enable annual, quarterly, monthly budgeting and reporting processes.
You will develop dashboards, generate business relevant insights, and propose labor optimization strategies.
