Main Tasks
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement marketing plan for assigned business unit to achieve budget (order, sales, and MC)
- Supervise product marketing activities such as market research, competition analysis, product positioning and pricing, product launch and promotion, product supply forecast, product life cycle, clinical trial, trade show, etc.
- Lead in developing strategic KOL and reference site for key business sector
- Support field sales by joining in monthly management meeting, engaging in key sales project, quotation process, management of demo pool, etc.
- Supervise product, application, and clinical team to provide product training to sales team, including dealer sales
- Supervise application team to provide after-sale application and education support to customer
- Work closely with RA team to ensure fast product registration
- Support strategic marketing process such as product development, etc.
- Timely analyze market intelligence for business opportunities
- Liaise with APAC and global team for strategic alignment, and support on clinical /product/production matters as required
- Develop competencies of the team through leading, coaching and training
- Perform any other duties/responsibilities as may be assigned by the direct supervisor and/or as may be required by operations.
Education
Bachelor degree or above major in medicine, life science or related field, MBA is a plus
Experience
- 8 years working experience in international company of Medical instrument/consumable field
- 5+ years responsible experience in business management
- Manage several projects at once and adapt to changing needs
