The Talent Connector Support role is focus on assisting the Talent Connector (TC) in all related activities that require a level of understanding of the staffing and industry specifics. As the TC Support role is fully dedicated to the industry, it will serve as a career path for a full scope TC role.

Depending on the level of experience of the collaborator assigned to the role, we can define different types of support. Please use below as a reference:

  • Identifying Candidates
  • Follow up emails with Project Contacts, HRPs or any stakeholder needed
  • Creation of roles
  • Roles Cleanup & updates
  • Booking candidates (adjust % allocation and dates if it´s needed)
  • Quality Check
  • Ad Hocs reports

Must have:

  • Agility to adapt to changing environment.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Knowledge of TSC processes and related systems (nice to have).
  • Highly flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and quickly changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated, with a high degree of self-reliance and responsibility to own issues and drive actions to closure.
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excel skills
  • Ability to function as a team player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
