ERP Analyst I

What You'll Do
Support ERP Projects & Business Improvements
- Partner with business teams and project members to support ERP implementation and enhancement projects.
- Help gather business requirements and document current and future business processes.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and support business objectives.
- Contribute to project planning activities and help track project milestones and deliverables.
Bridge the Gap Between Business & Technology
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational needs and identify opportunities for system improvements.
- Assist in analyzing gaps between current business processes and future system capabilities.
- Create detailed business and functional requirements to support system configuration and development efforts.
- Serve as a trusted resource for users and project teams within assigned functional areas.
Testing, Training & User Support
- Develop test scenarios and test scripts in partnership with business users.
- Participate in system, prototype, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Help prepare end users for new processes and technology through training and knowledge sharing.
- Provide functional support during system implementations, go-live activities, and post-launch stabilization.

- Build knowledge in ERP systems, supply chain operations, inventory management, production processes, and project management.
- Develop a strong understanding of company operations and business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to multiple areas of the business.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Production or manufacturing operations
- Inventory management
- Warehousing
- Supply chain planning
- Procurement
- ERP systems
- Application support
- Reporting and analytics
- Experience working with production and inventory management processes.
Technical Skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze business problems and recommend solutions.
- Experience with Visio and SQL is a plus.
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
Professional Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to business users in a clear and practical way.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Travel Requirements
This role requires approximately 50% travel, depending on project phase, implementation schedules, plant deployments, and ERP rollout activities. Travel provides valuable opportunities to work directly with operational teams and gain firsthand business experience.
