About the Role

As a Head of Sales, lead and develop the ICIS team to achieve exceptional sales performance and revenue growth.
 

Responsibilities

  • Leading the ICIS China Sales Team towards a culture of high achievement
  • Developing the behaviors, skills, and sales capabilities of the team
  • Taking ownership of the new business strategy for ICIS in the Chinese market
  • Identifying new opportunities within new and existing markets
  • Creating, nourishing, and building enduring, self-generated sales relationships
  • Creating, nourishing, and building enduring, self-generated sales relationships
  • Creating, nourishing, and building enduring, self-generated sales relationships
  • Creating a culture of trust and ownership where people feel empowered to make decisions and take action


Requirements

  • Have line management responsibility for colleagues in China
  • Be able to identify new opportunities within new and existing markets
  • Demonstrate the ability to create, nourish, and build enduring, self-generated sales relationships
  • Be able to collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver world-leading sales enablement and marketing content
  • Be able to role model world-class behaviors and hold yourself and others to account
  • Be able to drive the internal day-to-day operations of the ICIS China business to high performance
  • Experience in petrochemical information market will have a great advantageous
