Fast Paced Fall Sales Internship

Job Summary

This is a 14-week internship program, starting in September of 2025, with the potential to continue part-time or turn into a full-time job offer after the internship is over.  

We are looking for someone who can bring a strong work ethic and a passion for growth and success to their job. You will work over the phone to recruit and engage agents to work with and grow their business with Senior Marketing Specialists. Our interns learn from working with a close-knit team of mentors within the department.   

Primary Skills & Requirements:  

• Strong Initiative/self-starter 

• Work well as a member of a team 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Basic computer skills (Typing, Microsoft office, etc.) 

• 12 hours/week minimum, 20+ hours/week preferred during 8-5 M-F work week
