Position: Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant

Your Role: Hospice Aide
As a Hospice Aide, you will provide personal health care, related services, and additional tasks to our clients. You will assist in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment, work cooperatively with patients and their families, and communicate observations and issues with your supervisor. Your compassion and dedication will be vital in delivering unparalleled care.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8a-5p
Coverage: Caledonia, Middleville, and Hastings

What is Required?
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
1 year of experience as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant is required
State-established or other Hospice Aide training program that meets the requirements of 42 CFR §484.36 and a competency evaluation program - Michigan CNA Licensure is Required
Valid driver’s license and insurance and reliable transportation to perform job tasks
50% travel
