• Records of the operation of all engines for which the company provides services, in terms of ensuring spare parts, price offers,
• Invoicing services to the client

Main Responsibilities:

1.     Checks and/or draws up orders to INNIO for the purchase of parts and services and monitors their delivery;

2.     Checks and/or draws up oil and antifreeze orders;

3.     Checks the tracking of deliveries of parts and materials;

4.     Checks the registration of parts in the CERO record – entries and exits (Navision);

5.     Checks the registration of orders in the CERO record (Navision);

6.     Prepares price offers for parts and interventions (labor, parts, labor and parts) and the execution of contracts;

7.     Follows the verification of invoices received from suppliers;

8.     Prepares orders for the transport of parts or materials in the country or abroad;

9.     Checks parts and their related documents;

10.  Checks and/or draws up minutes regarding the activities carried out during service operations (if applicable outside the Service Sheet);

11.  Prepares analyses and availability calculations;

12.  Participates in the inventory of parts in the warehouse by checking input-output differences.

Responsibilities regarding invoicing

13.  Checks invoices from the service area related to maintenance contracts, B.O.O.T, contracts with punctual delivery/performance

14.  Invoices warranty services (external invoices);

15.  Checks the supply of spare parts;

16.  Checks preventive and corrective interventions at customers;

17.  Follows the verification of invoices received from suppliers with the attached documents and the approval of payments;

General responsibilities

18.  Complies with the working procedures of the departments with which it interacts within the company;

19. Complies with the company's Internal Regulations
