The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense & Space (BDS) is seeking a Project Management Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to join the Phantom Works Special Technology Integration team in Mesa, AZ.
The ideal candidate should have experience in leading a program IPT on developmental and manufacturing programs for advanced composite materials. Candidate should have experience in developing an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards. Establish fabrication baselines and configuration management materials to be manufactured. If applicable establish a Earned Value Management Plan for the project. Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans. Lead risk assessments, developing mitigation plans. Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance. Coordinates work statements with customers and suppliers, and establish resulting schedules. Identifies and provide reports on performance variances, project status, and baseline change information to project team. Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Mesa, AZ.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
