What You’ll Do
Providing business support to the Affiliate staff in forecasting, budgeting, rLBE's preparation driven by documented assumptions
Creating market databases and analyze market data with meaningfull commentary
Prepares sales forecasts, collects and analyzes data to evaluate current sales and commercial/marketing budget execution goals
Introducing and tracking KPIs that will enable data driven decision making
Analysis of monthly/quarterly variance vs all relevant benchmarks with meaningful commentary and gap closing strategy proposal
Work on the continued development and improvement of the local planning systems for sales and expenses.
Coordinating and assisting in the preparation of presentation slides / information for review meetings
Manage and coordinate commercial and marketing Monthly Sales accruals in liaison with commercial and marketing teams
As required, coordinate and assist in the preparation of all relevant headquarter reports (i.e. Sales flash, mid-month and month-end sales reports, RLBE templates…) with meaningful commentary
Monthly closing activities regarding Sales and budget analysis / consolidation / reporting
Required Qualifications
University/Bachelor degree (economy, business or finance university degree)
Experience comparable industry is desirable
Adaptable, systematic, initiative and punctuate
Great interpersonal communication skills and team work
Excellent knowledge of English language
Excellent PC skills
