What you will do
The position, based in Mexico City, will oversee Emergency Care sales in Mexico, Argentina, and Chile, managing both direct and indirect channels.
- Establish Stryker as the preferred supplier by partnering with distributors and the direct sales team to achieve sales, profit, and market penetration objectives.
- Manage and grow relationships with 10–15 key strategic accounts, monitoring market trends, competitive activity, and distributor performance to drive sales.
- Develop and execute annual business plans for distribution partners and conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts.
- Ensure consistent application of company guidelines for distributor utilization and alignment with direct sales teams.
- Drive distributor performance through training, coaching, education, and operational and sales support.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships within distributor organizations and facilitate joint sales activities.
- Support distributor selection and contract negotiations; deliver customer presentations and product or educational training as needed.
- Submit accurate and timely reports, maintain demo inventory, and participate in trade shows and sales meetings as required.
What you need
Required
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least upper intermediate English skills.
- Previous experience in direct channel management.
- Previous experience in medical devices sales.
- To be based in Mexico City and willing to travel.
Preferred
- Indirect channel management.
- Experience in Emergency Care sales.
Travel Percentage: 50%
