About the Role

Report to: Manager, Agency Recruitment Performance
Location: Hochiminh City
Function: Agency Distribution | Department: Agency Recruitment
Role: Individual Contributor

The Opportunity:
We are looking for Recruitment Performance and Quality Assurance, Lead who is responsible for
- Play an important role in developing recruitment plan for Agency
- Ensure the performance of Quality Recruitment is well reflected so that better decisions related to recruitment can be made easily
- Review/Analyze/Monitor implementation of process related to quality recruitment and make proper recommendations/take necessary actions to ensure the quality is met.

Roles and Responsibilities:
A. Planning:

1. Plan the numbers: breakdown into components that drive recruitment and define gaps; forecast by monthly, quarterly,…. Measurement: %of key component taken into planning; Accuracy of forecast.

2. Plan the activities: Elaborate on detailed actions steps to ensure activities strongly indicates the success of quality recruitment. Measurement: Work break down structure, schedule, cost clearly defined


B. Quality Recruitment Performance:

1. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure overall department performance - KPIs: Analysis

2. Accuracy. Measurements: %Error rate in data reports
3. Identify bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements regarding schemes/programs/activities that relate with Quality Recruitment - KPIs: Improvement Implementation Rate. Measurements: # of recommended actions implemented
4. Prepare performance reports for senior management review - KPIs: Report Accuracy, content, and Timeliness. Measurements:% of reports delivered on time


C. Quality Assurance:

5. Support in the process of preparation documents, guidelines that relate with Quality Recruitment activities. KPI: Completeness, thoroughness of guidelines when released. Measurement: %Error rate in documents/guidelines

6. Identify bottlenecks and recommend action that relate with Quality Recruitment processes. KPIs: Improvement Implementation Rate. Measurements:# of recommended actions implemented

7. Implement Quality Management processes to ensure Quality Recruitment processes are conformed. KPIs: Steps in the process implemented. Measurements: %offices/regions following/implementing the standards

Job Requirements

⁃ Education - bachelor's degree from reputable universities. Master's degree is preferred.
⁃ Experience - At least 3 years of experience in Life / Health Insurance, Financial Services. Experience in sales training, project management, or data analytics is preferred.
⁃ Excellent command of English and Vietnamese, both written and oral.
⁃ Special requirements:
