Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Application Developer to join our team and contribute to the project. In this role, you will design, build, and configure iOS applications to meet evolving business needs. As a subject matter expert in Apple iOS development, you will collaborate with multiple teams, lead development efforts, and contribute to critical technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of innovative iOS application features to enhance user experience.

• Design, build, and configure applications in alignment with business process and application requirements.

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application performance, reliability, and quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, managing and mentoring the team to perform effectively.

• Engage with multiple teams to provide solutions and drive key technical decisions.

• Enhance existing systems to meet evolving business requirements.

• Maintain applications and infrastructure in line with service level agreements (SLAs).

• Define and review technical requirements related to integration, performance, quality, and scalability.

• Manage capacity in coordination with cloud operations teams and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continually improve development processes.

• Foster a collaborative learning environment by mentoring junior developers and sharing knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Master proficiency in Apple iOS Application Development is required.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in iOS application development or relevant skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions across multiple teams.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing technical decisions.
