Team Lead Clinical Trial Payment Operations

The Team Lead Clinical Trail Payment Operations will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the payment-related activities for our Clinical Studies within the team. This includes managing the team, ensuring efficient operations, handling people management tasks, and cultivating relationships with stakeholders and customers. The role demands a combination of payment expertise and leadership competencies to drive the team's performance and meet organizational standards and objectives.
Your Opportunity
Team Coordination and Management:
Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities in payment processing and related tasks
Perform people management activities, including onboarding, offboarding, training, and development of team members
Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
Provide functional expertise and guidance to the team, sharing knowledge and best practices
Payment Processing Activities:
Oversee the regional processing of payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Monitor payment-related KPIs, quality, and budget adherence
Track performance, compliance, costs, and deviations in payment processes
Actively participate in the day-to-day operations of payment processing
Stakeholder and Relationship Management:
Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment with business objectives
Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholder inquiries and concerns
Manage outsourcing activities and relationships with external service providers
Regulatory and Compliance:
Ensure all payment activities are in line with legal, regulatory, and company standards and codes of practice
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
Implement and monitor compliance measures within the team
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate should be motivated and skilled professional with a solid background in financial processes, particularly in calculating and processing complex payments and team leadership
You should thrive in dynamic environments, have exceptional problem-solving abilities, and possess a strong commitment to both team and stakeholder satisfaction
You should bring a collaborative approach, excellent communication skills, and a validated track record of leadership success
You are someone who holds University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business discipline with 2-3 years of team management and practical experience in payment processing or related financial activities
Proficiency in SAP, MDMS, and other approval tools
Leadership Competencies:
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in team coordination and stakeholder management. Alternatively, you are an identified talent showing high growth potential in leadership and are ready to take the first steps into leadership
Proven ability to provide guidance and support to team members in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
End-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset
