  • Responsibility
    •    Carrying out commissioning of MWM gas engine gensets and MWM scope of supply
    •    Carrying out and managing repairs and maintenance of engines and gensets for customers
    •    Optimization of engine and plant operation
    •    Independent travel and work planning
    •    Preparation of repair, maintenance and commissioning reports, as well as trip accounting
    •    Troubleshooting via remote access or on site
    •    Commissioning supervision at the customer's site
    •    Customer training for operating the system on site
    •    Conducting seminars/training courses for Caterpillar employees, service partners and end customers (mechanical and electrical)
    •    Qualification and certification of seminar participants
    •    Independent development and definition of training content and seminar documents
    •    Responsibility for the design of the classrooms and the training workshop
    Requirements 
    •    Completed training as a mechatronics engineer / electrician or similar and preferably several years of experience in engine service and commissioning
    •    Completed further training as a technician / industrial foreman or similar desirable
    •    Experience in the realization and coordination of technical problems - handling of several parallel tasks
    •    Willingness to travel >50% (worldwide)
    •    Very good written and spoken English skills
    •    High level of commitment, initiative and ability to work in a team
    •    Independent and autonomous way of working
