Description -
Looking for a HP Additive Manufacturing (3D) Supply Chain Spares WW Planner that can manage the introduction and stabilization on a new product (Spares parts) across the 3 geographies and help to standardize our e2e Supply Chain team.
Responsibilities
Manages the 3D Operations for Spare Pars at a WW Level. Managing supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and planning, demand planning, import/export operations, and sales and operations planning (SOP).
• Manages Spares portfolio from Introduction to EOL. Crafting a monthly shipment plan for all the relevant factories (optimizing availability within the inventory boundaries).
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and leads/develops recommendations and provides insight for management.
• Coordinates demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.
• Works cross-functionally to prioritize backlog.
• Partners with global business (Partner Factory/Regional teams) units and supply bases to generate and deliver demand signals.
• Defines and reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement actions to address.
Education & Experience
Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field or an advanced degree.
• Preferred Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (Standards Organizations)

• Excellent communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language.
