二、任职资格

教育程度：大学本科及以上学历

工作经验： 5年及以上相关工作经验，或优秀应届毕业生

专业技能要求： 具备较丰富的管理类专业知识及机械类专业知识，熟悉GPMS 项目管理流程及门关/里程碑评审需求

能力要求：较丰富的质量管理工作经验和较强的质量分析及故障的处理能力；具备机械专业知识、熟悉公司产品、内部管理程序；具备良好的组织管理能力，有较好的英语基础(听、说、读、写流利)和良好的交际、应变、谈判、公关能力

其他特殊要求：具备环境职业健康安全管理体系所需的相应能力；熟悉Mafact  MQS 条款及运行方式

四、主要岗位职责

1执行GPMS流程

及时完成KP06交付物 依据GPMS流程要求和标准，进行项目文件的评审，评审发现项的改善跟进 ．.参与质量会议 参与顾客的重大质量汇报会议，了解客户关切，推进内部质量改善已满足不断提升的客户满意度要求 跟进项目保证计划的目标要求，监控项目阶段的产品质量表现，跟进及改进措施的执行

3．在项目组中代表质量职能

参加每周PCT会议及月度项目评审会议 与工厂质量制定检具策划和需求跟进检具的采购和到位 与工厂质量，SQM等部门策划新项目的质量成本和需求，含如外检检具，三包，试验车，SQM差旅费等，归口报给PM 作为gate keeper评审变更的各个环节及任务完成情况，质量相关信息及其改进状况

4． 项目质量问题

负责项目质量问题的跟进改善 依照样机制造管理流程： 样机生产跟踪（若需要时） 出厂检验报告

5. PPAP提交

与客户确认产品 PPAP的交付要求 PPAP交付的策划与跟进 PPAP提交物的评审，及评审发现项的改进 PSW签发

6．遵守与执行体系要求

1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、合同、产品质量、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求

2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作
