Responsible for managing and coordinating engineering and manufacturing changes within the electronic manufacturing industry, focused on PCB/PCBA assemblies and electronic products.

Key responsibilities include managing ECOs (Engineering Change Orders), such as BOM (Bill of Materials) modifications, manufacturer and manufacturer part number changes, engineering implementation on production floor, risk and impact analysis, validation activities, and financial assessments to minimize obsolescence and excess inventory exposure.

Support MCOs (Manufacturer Change Orders) by creating and updating manufacturer part numbers, onboarding new manufacturers, and ensuring continuity of supply for multiple product lines.

Coordinate and monitor PCNs/PCOs (Process Change Notices / Process Change Orders), including both internal process changes and supplier-driven manufacturing changes such as site transfers, End-of-Life (EOL) notifications, and fit, form & function modifications. Ensure all process changes are properly evaluated and validated to prevent impact to production processes, product quality, and assembly performance.

Strong collaboration with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and external suppliers to ensure successful implementation and control of changes across the product lifecycle.
