Are you an experienced Scrum Master looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to drive agile delivery across international projects?

YOUR MISSION

• Establish and maintain Scrum practices and agile frameworks across software development projects.

• Coach and mentor development teams and stakeholders to enhance their understanding and adoption of agile methodologies.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and ensure effective collaboration and delivery.

• Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions to maintain focus and productivity.

• Promote continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability within the team.

• Collaborate closely with product owners and project stakeholders to align priorities and deliver business value.

WHO YOU ARE

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile software delivery environments.

• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, and software development life cycles.

• Hands-on experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.

• Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.

• English proficiency (B2-C1)

• German language (B2-C1)

• A proactive mindset with the ability to inspire, coach, and guide cross-functional teams toward success.

Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 2000€ to 3000€ brutto depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
