WORK YOU’LL DO

In this context, we are looking for a motivated and self-driving Consultant with exceptional skills in comunication and analytics to produce quality deliverables for the client. As a Consultant in our Production & Operations / Manufacturing Practice, you will work closely with the Manager/Sr. Manager to:

  • Accelerate digital transformation journey and deploy digital manufacturing vision for our clients to deliver value through AI-led solutions, innovative experiences and smarter go-to-market strategy.

  • Reimagine digital manufacturing with the power of AI-led insights Enabling Business from being good to being great

  • Leverage intelligence to drive greater insights, as well as personalize experiences and optimize performance within and across marketplaces

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with business and client stakeholders to understand client pain points, diagnose problem areas, design supply chain / SAP based solutions, and facilitate deployment

  • Support & train the users on business processes as they get related to supply chain / SAP modules & implementation (e.g. workforce mgmt., inventory mgmt. etc.)

  • Responsible for SAP support to plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

  • Supply chain management, logistics, business management, mathematics or related fields  (Tier-1 institutes; postgraduate studies preferred)

  • 3-7 years of working experience in supply chain-related field, preferably in the Consumer Goods & Services, Life Sciences, Automotive industries

  • Should have deep knowledge in supply chain planning processes, as well as planning strategies

  • Experience with SAP Production Planning processes and PPDS (Production Planning & Demand Scheduling)

  • Experience with Shop Floor control, Batch Management & Handling Unit Management and Quality Management.

  • Experience with dealing with key integration areas in Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management and Quality

Key skills:    

  • Development of Unique Project Specific deliverables such as HSE management  Philosophy, safety culture assessment program, Risk Management program, Communication Matrix, specific process & procedures etc

  • Knowledge of IoT, Analytics and related technologies to drive client discussions for digital enablement

  • Experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlickView etc. is an added advantage

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Familiarity with SAP modules / S/4 HANA for Production Planning & Demand Scheduling, Bill of material, safety stock planning etc.

  • Knowledge of SAP Industry 4.0 Next-gen products such as SAP Leonardo/IOT, SAP BTP, SAP DMC  etc. is a plus

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
