Responsible to obtain and/or provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) level knowledge of facilities trade maintenance operations.  Shall develop and showcase good report with the customer as well as supervise staff performing work in the trades fields that include, but are not limited to Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC / Mechanical, Locksmithing, Carpentry and Painting services.

Managerial duties mainly consist of, but are not limited to supporting staffing plans for a team up to 10 Full Time Employees (FTE), talent acquisition and timecard management for team to perform efforts related to meeting (if not exceeding) preventative maintenance and service tickets required to meet requirements identified in the SWEETTEA Facilities Services Contract Performance Work Statement (PWS). 

Support oversight and collaboration related to effective procurement of the materials and subcontracted services needed to perform facility maintenance and operations requirements.

Understand the contract deliverables at a leadership level to best support the planning and scheduling process related to performing and completing work orders (PMs), service tickets (Fix-It and CUs) and technical task orders (TTOs), as identified in the contract PWS.

Support your team members as well as the program management team by providing guidance and input that support performance feedback that can promote employee retention and career growth on the SWEETTEA program.

Work with Operations and Maintenance teams on the program to develop continuity so that back-up support can be provided in the event of colleague absences. Provide oversight that ensures all services are properly documented and recorded for the life of the SWEETTEA contract. 

Managing customer expectations by building a successful working relationship with all stakeholders that benefit from having a good understanding of their needs and communicating how our program’s processes and procedures are structured to meet each obligation.

Job Schedule:

Standard 40-hour weekly schedule required; Subject to On-Call availability to support 24/7 contract operation; Extended Work Week (EWW) eligible and available as approved

Pay Range:

Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
