Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. What does that mean? The Accountant will support the EMEA operation through the effective and efficient analysis and entry of accounting data into our 2 main Belgian entities according to the corporate and local policies, and taking responsibility for the entire bookkeeping of our smaller EMEA entities and branches.

What You Will Do at Graco

• Accounting data entry in the Belgian entities: invoices, expenses, bank, various…
• Accounting data analysis & reconciliations in the Belgian entities
• Month-end close entries in the Belgian entities: payroll, accruals, prepaids,…
• Responsible for the entire bookkeeping of at least one small EMEA entity and one branch.
• Maintaining & updating the applicable EMEA VAT transactions
• Participate in various accounting projects on efficiency, globalization, and digitalization
• Support the AP Supervisor and Accounting Manager in the day-to-day operations
• Follow training & webinars on various EMEA-specific compliance topics

What You Will Bring to Graco

• Bachelor or master’s degree in finance & accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in international accounting & VAT
• Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with Oracle is a plus
