Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems using Python. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and processes to support a client or project in Bengaluru. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and configuration of software systems using Python, applying your knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and processes to support a client or project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet client or project requirements. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of software systems. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Django, Flask, or other Python web frameworks. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and tools. - Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. - Solid grasp of software testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Python. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
