The Opportunity

This position is based in our International Markets Commercial Excellence team within the Cardiometabolic Division, which is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that improve cardiovascular and metabolic health outcomes. The role can be based in our offices in Ireland (Galway), UK (Maidenhead) or Germany (Cologne).

As the Commercial Insights Manager, you will act as the analytical engine and business execution partner for our commercial teams. You’ll drive insight, performance, and decision-making support across sales and distributor channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse commercial data to identify trends and gaps

  • Translate raw data into meaningful insights and build performance review narratives

  • Partner with business leaders to shape data-driven decisions and lead execution

  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence and IT teams to develop Power BI dashboards and customer analytics

  • Ensure high-quality CRM data feeds into reporting and analytics

  • Monitor commercial initiatives and flag performance risks or areas for improvement

  • Align data sources, reporting standards, and KPIs across teams

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales practices, segmentation, and incentive programmes

  • Lead integration of customer targeting and segmentation into sales processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BSc)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a regional commercial role requiring strong analytical skills, ideally in healthcare

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and advanced Excel skills

  • Experience with Power BI, QlikView, or similar analytics platforms

  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decisions

  • Project planning and implementation experience
