Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily operations to ensure due process, accuracy and accountability are followed
  • Create a strong team by developing competent individuals in the banking operations team
  • Support core business team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities to improve customer experience, efficiency and lower costs.
  • Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved customer journeys, process models and organizational structures.
  • Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques.
  • Assist in development of new process capabilities.
  • Facilitate the review and update for business SOPs.
  • Perform project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
  • Coordinate with various teams to analyze project results and performance.
  • Identify and manage resources to deliver effective solutions.
  • Perform special studies and projects to improve account opening and communication between business and channels, specifically branches.
  • Ensure that the team works in accordance with the approved company operating policies, procedures, practices and methods.

  • Malaysian Citizen
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any field
  • Candidates with experience in Banking, Insurance or Sales related fields are preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in project management & banking operations experience
