JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project. The client is a company that provides logistics and delivery services worldwide.

Responsibilities:

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.  Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking and problem-solving. Mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote professional growth. Implement best practices in application design and development to ensure high-quality deliverables. Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• English Advanced.
• + 5 years of experience in Java+ Spring Boot.
• + 5 years of experience Cloud, REST API
• Advanced proficiency in Microservices Architecture is recommended.
• Furthermore, advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build
• Enablement and Responsive and Adaptive Design is suggested.
• Lead project meetings to align team efforts and track progress towards project goals.
