Key Responsibilities

TPM

Cleaning machine or equipment and inspection abnormality Cleaning working area before and after work Perform machine check list to ensure no machine breakdown during production Test run the machine before starting actual work to ensure machine is ready and qualified Inform to Leader in case machine is abnormal

Run machine/production

Running machine/equipment to produce as per plan requires Feed input material in time, machine non-stop Inspect quality of input material before feed into machine Inspect first output to ensure product quality Fine tune machine to produce as product standard quality Strictly abide by the safety operation specifications of special vehicles. complete the loading and unloading safely, timely and accurately.

Quality Control         

Ensure incoming material quality is good Ensure work in process quality is good Ensure output is good before passing to next process

General Management

Ensure all equipment is in good condition and ready to useด  Support operator skill improvement Co-ordinate to company activity Others task assign from boss

Job Qualifications

Male/Female age 18 – 40 years

Education above junior middle school

Above 2 years experience in factory

Not a colour blindness person
