Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Plans and evolves processes and infrastructure to execute programs which support rapid maturation and deployment of capability while sustaining a stable security posture and incorporating ongoing stakeholder feedback. Integrates development pipelines leveraging automation with test-driven development tools and continuous integration/test frameworks. Implements provisioning and deployment techniques via packaging, componentizing, or Cloud distribution. Functions with agile principles to execute efficiently in an environment of continuous feedback. Ensures implementation of Software Configuration Management (SCM), code quality, and code coverage with automated testing for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 2+ years of relative experience; Master’s degree in a STEM discipline with 0+ years of relative experience. An additional 4 years of relative experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/ SCI clearance
Experience with building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Experience with GitOps workflows implemented through FluxCD and/or ArgoCD.
Experience with shell scripting and Python for automation tasks.
Experience with Git version control, including branching strategies, pull‑request reviews, and merge workflows.
Experience with agile/Scrum teams, collaborating across multiple engineering groups and handling incident response.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional CI/CD platforms like Jenkins, CircleCI, or TeamCity.
Experience with automated security testing tools (Snyk, Checkmarx, Trivy, etc.) embedded in pipelines.
Experience with scaling GitOps across multiple environments using ArgoCD ApplicationSets or similar mechanisms.
Experience with programming languages beyond scripting, such as Go, Java, or C++
Experience with Kubernetes and/or Helm
