Customer Service Advisor

Work Location: Cardington, Bedford

Role Type: Full-time 37.63 hours across 5 days per week

Hybrid: 2-3 days a week in the office

Starting Salary £23,484 Per Annum

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Customer Service Advisor to join our large team of advisors supporting our customers with bookings and enquiries.

The Customer Experience Centre at Autoglass® is a key function within our Customer Journey. Our friendly and people-focused team are carefully selected, nurtured and trained to ensure that customers interacting with Autoglass® receive a world-class customer experience and a personalised service that’s right for them.


As part of an energetic, service-driven team you will be based from the office and at home giving you regular opportunities for positive interaction with your wider team.

Working life and shift requirements 

  • We offer a range of full-time hours to choose from between 8.00am To 19.00pm
  • A guaranteed minimum of 3 full weekends off in a 6-week Period.
  • Hybrid contract 2-3 days required in the office each week allowing you some flexibility.

Additional Notes:

We will carry out interviews and assessments on 9th and 11th of December 2024 ready for a start date of 6th January 2025.  Successful candidates will need to be able to commence employment on this date and commit to 4 weeks of training in the Bedford office.
