THE JOB

The Venue Nation division of Live Nation is looking for a dynamic analytics manager to oversee Food & Beverage reporting and analysis across our Owned & Operated venues. As a member of the Strategy & Analytics team, this role will be responsible for building dashboards, executing custom analysis, as well as partnering with our data engineers to deliver actionable data from our point-of-sale systems. This individual must be driven by insights and excited to make an impact. They should have experience overseeing reporting and analysis for a large business unit, division, or product. They must also demonstrate strong independent reasoning and problem-solving skills with the capability to think proactively and communicate across multiple levels of the organization.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Oversee Food & Beverage data, dashboards, and reports across our amphitheaters, clubs, and theaters.
  • Develop internal dashboards to track product sales, venue performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives across the Food & Beverage organization.
  • Oversee data pipelines from our point-of-sale systems, ensuring the information is complete and actionable.
  • Work with the Food & Beverage team and local venue General Managers to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Support Food and Beverage leadership team with ad-hoc analyses.
  • Partner with data engineers to design data models and ETLs for new data sources.
  • Support development of analysts on the team, providing best practices and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Use fan insights to help plan for future revenue growth opportunities within our venues.
  • Work with analytics team to improve or further automate processes and document those reporting processes.
  • Coordinate with analysts to ensure data quality of the team’s dashboards and tools.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 5+ years of analytics experience.
  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, statistics, or related field.
  • Expertise in developing Tableau dashboards.
  • Expertise working with large datasets.
  • Expertise in financial reporting and metrics tracking.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills a must.
  • Experience communicating across multiple teams, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data pipeline development and communicating requirements to data engineers.
  • Must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and communicate well within all levels of the organization.
  • Must be willing to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and possess a willingness to jump in on team projects to get the job done.
  • Experience with Business Object a plus

$100,000.00 USD - $125,000.00 USD
