The Role
The Billing and Accounting Specialist will manage Gridmatic Retail’s invoices and billing and ensure the accruals and payments are updated daily in Gridmatic’s ERP and vendor payment software. will prepare financial records of at least two legal entities. This person will work with Retail Operations and Portfolio team members to ensure all invoices, sales tax, commissions, vendor payments are appropriately recorded and paid, as applicable. The person will also work with Finance & Accounting team and provide all necessary daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations of cash received and income recorded.
This role is a 6 month contract role with the potential for full-time conversion. We anticipate the role to be 20-25 hours per week of work.
