Position Overview
Support Otis’ brand promotion and cross-functional collaboration initiatives. Assist in developing internal/external communication materials, event execution, and frontline communication support to enhance staff engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development: Collect and organize internal / external communication assets for brand collateral creation. Cross-functional Coordination: Proactively liaise with departments to gather resources, track communication requests, and provide timely feedback. Event Execution: Support execution of events including logistics, material preparation, venue setup, post-event reporting, and visual documentation. Stakeholder Engagement: Assist with government and media interview coordination in Hangzhou.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, international business, or related field Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Proficiency with social media platforms and content scheduling tools Experience working in multinational environments with cultural sensitivity.

Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail Experience in event support or content curation Understanding of China media / social media landscapes
