This position is driving business growth and increase revenue for a company by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and developing strategies to expand market presence.

Using MAPA as a tools to identify potential growth and to diagnose problem and to overcome using best practice. Main focuses are to achieve monthly APE target, New Recruit, AA1M, cases size and other related indicators.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Identifying Opportunities: Researching and identifying potential new markets, products, partnerships, and clients. 

  • Building Relationships: Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential partners, clients, and key stakeholders to facilitate new business ventures.

  • Developing Strategies: Creating and implementing business development plans that align with the company’s goals for growth and expansion.

  • Negotiating Deals: Leading negotiations and closing deals with clients or partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.

  • Collaborating with Teams: Working closely with marketing, ODS/ADS, and product teams to ensure business development efforts align with the company’s overall strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience within Financial Services/Agency Management

  • Proven leadership skills

  • Demonstrated project management skills

  • Negotiating skills

  • Highly developed communication & relationship skills
