As a Therapy Area Manager (TAM) in Rare Diseases, you will lead the in‑market execution of AstraZeneca’s strategies and deliver sales performance for assigned brands and indications across your country. In addition, you will deliver strong external engagement to drive pre-launch excellence, practice change initiatives, and patient pathway optimization. You will uphold AstraZeneca Values and compliance standards while fostering effective cross‑functional collaboration across the Baltics and broader CEEBA Area.
