To expand our core team, we're seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager who wants to play a pivotal role in growing our business and revolutionising the private markets.

How the role contributes to the company's vision

Customer happiness is paramount to our success, and building a dedicated team to their accounts is crucial. This role will serve as customers' main point of contact, ensuring their satisfaction and driving upsells, referrals, and positive feedback.

Top responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, liaising between operations, product, sales, business development, and legal teams.

  • Drive deals and customer tasks as the project manager throughout each stage of the customer lifecycle after sale.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, driving upsells and gathering feedback through retrospectives.

  • Take ownership of customer satisfaction metrics including NPS, upsells, referrals, and escalations.

Initial priorities

  • Take over the book of accounts for account management.

  • Contribute to the implementation of performance metrics across the team.

  • Develop onboarding materials for new customers.

What you should bring with you

  • 4+ years of professional experience, with 1-3 years in SaaS customer success or account management roles.

  • Prior experience in managing relationships with enterprise-level customers with sophisticated and specialised requirements.

  • Exceptional and articulate communication skills in German and English.

  • Ability to dissect and simplify complex subjects for effective communication, while holding a personable attitude.

  • Proven experience with a CRM, ideally HubSpot.

  • Capacity to adapt and pivot seamlessly in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of an early-stage startup.

  • Practical Interview with the Customer Success Team, Chey Lake & Emma Shaw (60min), to demonstrate your way of approaching Account Management, working and communicating your output.
