The community experience position is an exciting opportunity to join our Shanghai Community Experience Team and work closely with our global team members. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide essential clerical and engagement support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Building / facilities management 
  • To partner with other teams on matters such as real estate, safety, security, and tech for workplace design.
  • Space planning, including frequent seating rearrangements, furniture, office relocations/move.
  • Identifying and executing space planning projects to improve productivity and collaboration.
  • Manage the financials including budget adherence and the ongoing forecasting of operating expenses. 
  • Drive engagement programs, Small Engagement Activities, Summer Party, Winter Party, Wayday,etc. Responsible for managing all aspects of events including, but not limited to locations, invitations, RSVP management.
  • Support Global Supplier Summit.
  • Manage relationships with multiple external vendors.  
  • Manage office supplies including but not limited to stationery, office plants, pantry supplies,etc.
  • Follow an execution plan end to end, while providing regular progress updates and raising relevant escalation points to relevant partners
  • Manage engagements / building operating within budget guidelines.

What You’ll Need

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Highly responsible and accurate, with attention to detail.
  • knowledge of workplace trends generally
  • Project management experience
  • Quick learner with an analytical approach to problem-solving as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest and trustworthy.
  • Strong team player with a willingness to participate and help others
