What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF Project Officer (Contracts & Logistics), you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) mission areas. You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Service Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.

More About the Role:

As a USAREUR-AF Project Officer (Contracts & Logistics) you will embed at RAF Molesworth, UK,   and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.

  • As a Project Officer (Contracts & Logistics) your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide assistance in Intel Systems Property Management, adhering to current operational guidelines.

  • Plan and execute the procurement, shipping, and receiving of site-specific equipment, furnishings, IT, rolling stock, and building materiels on behalf of the client.

  • Review existing operations and propose cost savings measures

  • Prepare and submit weekly progress plans to provide visibility on ongoing activities, tasks, and objectives that includes  anticipated progress for the upcoming week, including milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.

  • Assist in the management, tracking, and maintenance of USAREUR-AF fleet vehicles

  • Provide support to USAREUER-AF contracts management by providing augmented support to contract execution and success analysis and provide reports to the respective TPOCs.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Experience providing property management updates, and experience tracking numerous items of government property

  • Experience with global logistics management

  • Excellent Communications Skills, both verbal and written

  • BA/BS and over 5 years experience

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience planning, developing, and executing logistic program activities from conceptual stage through life cycle of a product in the DoD environment.

  • Demonstrate excellent technical expertise, be highly self-directed and motivated, and collaborate respectfully with teammates, always keeping user mission first.

  • Experience providing rapid capability for urgent operational needs such as in contingency or quick reaction capability operational requirements.

  • Experience managing, tracking and maintaining a vehicle fleet

  • Experience providing executive-level communications to senior leadership.

  • Military experience is desirable

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400 - 143,700 USD
