Role Definition
Manages the day-to-day operations in specific finance process areas to enhance systems, processes, and analytics to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Defines key processes metrics across finance area(s) and putting measurement in place to track/monitor/report.
• Leads a specific finance process area function to support operations, identify issues, and implement effective programs and strategies.
• Collaborates globally, working with both internal and external providers to improve, automate, and maintain business processes.
• Evaluates and recommends technology improvements in partnership with Global Operations Leads.

Business Process Design: Knowledge of business process design; ability to develop appropriate techniques to re-examine key processes and focus on optimizing organizational performance.

• Documents and resolves basic problems related to user provisioning.
• Under supervision, implements partitions for applications serving multiple businesses and users.
